In principle, everyone is free and can arrange their time individually. Only the meal times are fixed and the common meditation on the 16th Karmapa in the evening at 20.00 o’clock (if there is no evening lecture). However, we are dependent on the help of everyone and so everyone helps once a day in the kitchen for 1-2 hours. (It can be also times in the garden or on the building site, depending upon abilities and arrangement).
On the weekends there are different programs/courses with different teachers and different program procedures.
Approximately once a month there is a retreat weekend at the Retreat Center Amden (Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, entry possible at any time). Meditating together – each with their own practice.
